Social Room Rentals
Our beautiful Social Room is located in Bucks County, PA in Historic Fallsington. The social room addition was built in 1997 and newly refurbished in 2011. It is a cozy and welcoming venue for events, with 20 foot ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, and two large bathrooms. The spacious Social Room is available for rental for group events such as meetings, parties and wedding receptions. There is off street parking and the building is handicapped accessible.
RATES: Effective 3/17/25: $400 for a four-hour party or event. Includes two hours for setup and an hour for cleanup immediately following the event. Additional time can be arranged at a cost of $100 for a two-hour time frame.
A signed lease agreement and payment, in full, is due before the event.
RESTRICTIONS: Alcoholic beverages are not allowed anywhere on the property.
For Sunday rentals you may not arrive to set up before 2:30 p.m.

Rental Agreement includes use of the Social Room, Tables, Chairs, Kitchen and Bathrooms.
The Social Room is 25 feet x 55 feet (1,375 sq ft) with a soaring 20 foot ceiling.
The Kitchen is 14 feet x 21 feet (294 sq ft) with appliances including a large refrigerator, 2 ranges, 2 dishwashers, and coffeemakers.
Capacity is 65 people.
Bathrooms - There are two large ADA compliant bathrooms
Tables & Chairs - There are (9) 72"x36" tables - (1) 96"x30" table - (1) 60" round table and cushioned folding chairs. There are also (2) 72”x30” child height tables and children’s chairs.
